Introducing the biggest games of February 2023

Obviously, we are only talking about big releases here, other more intimate games are expected this month and many events will also disrupt some of the most popular games already in place. We are thinking in particular of Battlefield 2042 which will be entitled to a highly anticipated overhaul , Pokemon Scarlet & Violet which will host a very large patch with new features, or even Destiny 2 which will receive a new extension full of new content. But for now, we are already going to go around the big video game releases for this month of February 2023.

And you, what are you planning to play in February?

Deliver Us Mars

February 2 - PC PS5 Xbox Series PS4 Xbox One

After an intriguing Deliver us The Moon , KeokeN Interactive sets the stage again and leaves the moon to catapult us to Mars. Deliver Us Mars will therefore send us to the red planet for a mission of the utmost importance. It will indeed explore the planet and its facilities in search of missing ships. Obviously, nothing will go as planned and many secrets await us on the dusty surface of Mars, but not only... Once again the narration will be there and the atmosphere may be just as heavy as the previous one. opus.

Hogwarts Legacy: Hogwarts Legacy

February 10 - PC PS5 Xbox Series

Difficult, if not impossible, to miss Hogwarts Legacy in recent weeks. Between very big leaks and controversies , the Avalanche Studios game has been talked about a lot lately. Open world in the immense universe of Harry Potter , Hogwarts Legacy will offer us the possibility of exploring Hogwarts and its surroundings in a totally new adventure where it will also be possible to create your own hero. The studio also announces a particularly dense game, full of side quests, side activities, puzzles and a ton of secrets to discover. The appointment is made.

Wanted : Dead

February 14 - PC PS5 Xbox Series PS4 Xbox One

When former developers who worked on Ninja Gaiden and Team Ninja join forces and create their own studio, it gives Wanted Dead . A TPS mixing traditional shooter and beat'em all with hand-to-hand combat announced as particularly bloody. The game will put us in the shoes of a police officer with expeditious methods who will leave to confront the underworld with her commando, trying to thwart a huge plot. An unbridled action game that is not afraid to cut into the quick.

Returnal

February 15, 2023 – PC

The now cult roguelite shooter from Housemarque returns to PC after having made the heyday of the PS5. A re-release that will include all free DLC released to date, such as two-player co-op mode and Sisyphus' Tower. In Returnal , we play Selene, an astronaut who finds herself despite herself stuck on an unknown planet. In search of answers, the explorer will quickly realize that something is wrong on this particularly hostile extraterrestrial planet, and that death is not inevitable, quite the contrary... A game skillfully combining action, difficulty and narration. If you haven't had the opportunity to try it on PS5, now may be the time to get started!

Tales of Symphonia Remastered

February 17 - PC PS5 Xbox Series Switch PS4 Xbox One

One of the best JRPGs comes back from the dead to give itself a second life on consoles and PC. Tales of Symphonia , considered by many to be one of the most cult Tales of , gets a facelift with revamped graphics and revamped gameplay. We will follow the adventures of a troop of heroes having to face forces which exceed them in order to save the world. A classic story, but well brought that will send you to see the country, meet many people and face a whole bunch of overpowered enemies. Nostalgic or new players, it may be time to (re) dive.

Wild Hearts

February 17 - PS5 Xbox Series PC

While Monster Hunter Rise has just landed on PS5, Xbox Series, PS4 and Xbox One, a major competitor is about to enter the arena. It's about Wild Hearts , the colossal project from EA and Koei Tecmo that aims to dethrone Monster Hunter from its untouchable status. Based on Japanese folklore and more, Wild Hearts will send us to fight huge creatures in battles that already promise to be daunting. Playable in multiplayer, the game will also focus on crafting and managing your equipment. Capcom better watch out, it now has an opponent of its size. Now remains to see what it will give the pad in the hands.

Atomic Heart

February 21 - PS5 Xbox Series PC PS4 Xbox One

Bioshock and DOOM Eternal now have a son, his name is Atomic Heart . The first big game from the Mundfish studio, this super-charged FPS caused a sensation when it was first presented, in particular because of its cheesy artistic direction and its rather impressive graphics. And the least we can say is that the game has it under the hood. Nervous, beautiful as anything and endowed with an atypical and interesting universe, Atomic Heart could hit very hard when it comes out if our first impressions are indeed confirmed. Wait and see as said. In any case, it's coming soon on consoles and PC and it will even be in the Xbox Game Pass as soon as it is released.

Like a Dragon: Ishin!

February 21 - PS5 Xbox Series PC PS4 Xbox One

This spin-off of the Yakuza series returns in a completely remastered version to satisfy nostalgics and introduce neophytes to one of the most ambitious episodes of the saga. Unlike the Yakuza, Like a Dragon Ishin ! is not set in modern times, but sets its plot in the middle of 1800s Japan against a backdrop of assassinations and political conspiracies. For the rest, the title retains everything that makes the salt of the franchise from which it is drawn. Namely, violent fights, a beautiful palette of people and writing with small onions.

PSVR 2

February 22 - Over 30 games at launch

Sony will launch its new, and very expensive, PSVR headset this February and intends to make a good place for itself in the middle. The PSVR 2 indeed promises total immersion based on the latest technologies. 4K panel, eye tracking, haptic feedback, adaptive triggers… all will be used in more than 30 games at launch. For example, we will find big games such as Horizon Call of the Mountain , Gran Turismo 7 , Resident Evil Village or Beat Saber . You can also find all the titles available by consulting our list of PSVR 2 games .

Blood Bowl 3

February 23 - PS5 Xbox Series PC PS4 Xbox One

The most violent sport in the universe returns with a brand new opus still developed by Cyanide. Blood Bowl 3 will offer us many teams such as the Black Orcs, the Imperial Nobility, the Old World Alliance or the Chaos Renegades, inspired by the 12 legendary races of this totally deranged universe. The game will once again bet on the strategic and tactical aspect by opting for turn-by-turn gameplay where each action must be carefully thought out. Get ready to shed blood on the stadium, the crowd is waiting for that.

Sons of the Forest

February 23 - PC

After a very popular first episode whose success is no longer to be proven, the license returns with Sons of The Forest , a sequel that promises to be just as creepy as its elder. Once again, it will be about survival, cannibal mutants and hostile environment. We can try the adventure alone or in cooperation to discover all the secrets hidden in the forest. In addition to having to meet your natural needs such as food and drink, you will also have to build your own shelter, and explore the area using everything around you. But be very careful, once night falls, wild animals and hunger will be the least of your worries.
